Guaranteed performance. Few mortgage companies, if any, guarantee their bank’s performance, but we do. An RPM loan agent who originates a loan through our internal bank can expect a guaranteed 30 Day Close, or the bank fees are paid.

Mark Estermyer…Honest-Reliable-Dependable
Born November 21, 1958 in Ann Arbor Michigan, Mark moved to the San Bernardino area with his parents in 1963. Graduated from San Bernardino H.S. in 1976 and served his electrical apprenticeship from 1978 to 1982. He worked as a journeyman electrician for the following 8 years.
During the construction industry slump in the late 80’s & early 90’s, Mark made a career change to the wireless industry. It was during this time he developed his people skills that helped him become a top producer in sales and an effective sales manager.
In August of 1996, Mark decided to make one last change, become a loan agent. “This has been the greatest and most rewarding career I could have ever picked”, describes Mark. “Helping people achieve their greatest dream of home ownership goes beyond words.” Whether Mark is working with a first time homebuyer or a move-up buyer, Mark’s first priority is to provide topnotch service. “Buying a house is not like going to Walmart and picking something off a rack, people expect a high level of service from their real estate professionals. My goal has been and always will be to ‘exceed the expectations of every person I work for,’ whether they are buyers, Real Estate Agents, Financial Planners, Insurance Agents or CPA’s.” Mark describes buying a house can be an emotional roller coaster for some people, and surprises are not a good thing. “Planning and preparations eliminate surprises, but more important is being honest with the people I work with. I believe people would rather hear the truth over hearing something the loan agent wants them to hear. The highest level of ethics and integrity is part of providing superior service.”
Mark is well versed in all aspects of the lending business, from government loans, FHA & VA, conventional and jumbos, to the non-conforming and B/C products. Mark has worked in various aspects of the Mortgage Business, and describes starting his relationship with RPM Mortgage as the “culmination of years learning from the best and applying principles of success to my own business.”
Mark stays on top of the ever-changing world of mortgage banking through monthly publications, Internet newsgroups and is a member of CAMP/NAMB. His hobbies include golf, boating, coaching youth baseball and travel. But Mark’s greatest passion is “being the best husband and dad I can be.”
