It was certainly refreshing to work with a knowledgeable and aggressive mortgage professional. The client did not need the passive type of loan officer to get her job done! She needed someone to push her along and follow through to make sure it was done. I often “cringe” when I’m working with an out of the area lender due to lack of communication and follow through.
